The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Ideasalons.com" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Conditions. Ideasalons.com. of CA.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

We use "cookies" to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ideasalons.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Ideasalons.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Ideasalons.com accepts money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

Shipping Time -- Once shipped, shipping time is usually 1-7 business days for U.S. orders, depending on your location.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Ideasalons.com or other parties only as an estimate. Unforeseen events, such as weather, may delay your order. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Taxes
Ideasalons.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within CA. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns

We accept the return of products within 30 days from the date of purchase.  After 30 days, orders fall under 1 year warranty terms and conditions.  A return will include a full refund, minus the cost of shipping both ways.  Items must be returned new, unused, and unassembled in the original packaging.  All refunds are applied to the same credit card used in the initial purchase.  If an order was paid for by check or money order, please allow approximately 2 weeks for a refund check to be mailed.

Warranty
All products have a 1 year warranty on the parts. If a part breaks due to a defect of the item, Ideasalons.com will replace the part free of charge with no shipping costs for the customer. All replacement parts are shipped with a standard ground service.  Damage due to inappropriate use by the customer will void the warranty. The warranty does not include labor or installation of the parts and the company does not provide assistance with installation or repair.

Damage due to Shipping
Damage due to shipping must be reported to Idealsalons with 15 days to guarantee a replacement be sent promptly.  Items may get damaged during shipping by the shipping carrier or while in transit. Idealsalons.com will replace those items for our customers free of charge, and file a claim with the shipping company, however only if the damaged items are reported to Idealsalons.com within 15 days of the order date. Customer who report damage due to shipping after 15 days will have to go through a claims process which may result in the customer paying for the cost of a new item and the new shipping costs.
